This postcard is a real photo postcard and is possibly of the Jesse Treece Steffy home in Hammonton. It is dated Jan. 8, 1918. He 
apparently went by his middle name, "Treece". He sent it to his mother, Emma Jane (Crom) Steffy-Andrews who was in Fayetteville, Arkansas. 

Jesse Treece Steffy was born 8 May 1893 in Clyde, Cloud County, Kansas.  He was a dredge miner in Hammonton from the late 1910's to early 1920's. 
He married Fern Ruth Power sometime between 1917 & 1920. In 1930, Jesse & Fern resided in Marysville with their daughter. By 1942, he was 
residing in Vallejo, CA. Jesse Treece Steffy died Mar. 10, 1965 in Solano County, CA.
