river tp, date of registration was June 21, 1888. Enos Mansfield and Clarissa Oakley were married on September 4, 1851 in McHenry County,
Illinois. Clarissa Oakley (daughter of Abraham Oakley and Susan Titrington) may
have been born in 1823 in New York She may have died on May 15, 1915 in Yuba County,
California Clarissa has NOT been proven as a daughter of Abraham and Susan. Clarrisa is found on the 1870 U.S. Census of Post Office of Clyde, Clearcreek Township,
Jasper County, Iowa: Enose Mansfield, age 44, carpenter, value of personal property
$200., born Ohio; Clarrissa, age 46, keeping house, born New York; Sarah E., age 14,
at school, born Iowa. Clarissa is enumerated on the 1880 census of West Bear River, Yuba County, California:
E. W. Mansfield, age 54, born Ohio, father born Ohio, mother born unknown, farm hand;
Clarissa, age 56, born New York, both parents born New York; Elizabeth Mansfield,
daughter, age 21, born Iowa. There is a Mrs. Mansfield enumerated on the 1900 U.S. Census of East Bear River Township,
Yuba County, California, she is living with her daughter and son-in-law, his surname
is extremely hard to read. (After additional research, it was determined this name
was Koch, appears to be spelled Cock in the 1900 census report.) Mrs. Mansfield was
born June 1823, was 76 years old and a widow, born New York, father born Vermont,
mother born Germany. Her daughter, Mrs.Lizzie Cock, was born March 1857, in Iowa,

Enos Mansfield and Clarissa Oakley had the following children: +2 i. Elizabeth Mansfield (born about 1859). Second Generation 2. Elizabeth Mansfield (Enos-1) was born in 1857 in Iowa. She was born about 1859
in Iowa. She died on December 2, 1936 in Yuba County, California. She was buried
in Wheatland Cemetery, Yuba County, California. Is this the same child as Sarah E. on the 1870 census of Jasper County, Iowa, who is 14
years old? Probably, her mother claims to have had only one child, see 1900 census.

California. Levi's middle name has been found as Franklin and in the California Death Index as Fields. Levi F. Koch is shown on the Great Register of Yuba County, California (see work done by

County, California. Third Generation 3. Frank Lee Koch (Elizabeth Mansfield-2, Enos-1) was born on August 6, 1887 in California.
He died on September 22, 1965 in Alameda County, California. He was buried in
Wheatland Cemetery, Yuba County, California.

Graveside services for Frank Lee Koch, 78, a native of Wheatland, will be conducted
Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Wheatland Cemetery.
Koch, son of the late Lee S. and Elizabeth Mansfield Koch, pioneer of Wheatland
residents was in the grocery business in Wheatland prior to moving about 40 years
ago to Atascadero where he was maintenance superintendent for the Atascadero Schools.
Koch died yesterday in Berkeley. He was a member and past master of the Wheatland
Masonic Lodge and a chapter member and past master of the Atascadero Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Idella Koch of Berkeley; a son, William Koch of San
Gabriel; a daughter, Frances Sutliffe, of Orinda; and four grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lipp and Sullivan Funeral Chapel.

Yuba County, California. Frank Lee Koch and Idella Jeanette Crilley had the
